The Pleasure Craft Operators Card is required by Transport Canada to operate a motorized vessel of any size.
With a PCOC card from the Canadian Power and Sail Squadron, or any other provider, you can join the Cape Lazo Squadron for only $60 annually.
The Restricted Operator’s Certificate (Marine) is required if you operate a vessel equipped with a VHF radio
